Jimmy Chavez-Perez placed second in Architectural Drafting and Tyler Collins earned ninth place in Welding Sculpture.
The SkillsUSA National Leadership & Skills Conference is the largest gathering of America’s future skilled workforce and the ultimate recognition of excellence in career and technical education. Chavez-Perez and Collins put their skills to the test alongside more than 6,500 state champions competing for medals in various skills and leadership competitions.
