On August 28, 2025, William Peace University and Wake Technical Community College took a significant step toward expanding access to four-year degrees. Dr. Lynn Morton, president of Peace, and Dr. Scott Ralls, president of Wake Tech, signed an agreement formalizing Peace Pathways – a direct transfer partnership that streamlines the path from associate to bachelor’s degree.
Through this new partnership, Wake Tech graduates are guaranteed admission to Peace, can finish their degrees more quickly, and benefit from a locked-in tuition rate. The overall Peace Pathways agreement is for all students regardless of major; a second Criminal Justice pathway adds a layer of guaranteed completion in just two years.
