The HBCU Digital Library Trust, created in 2023, is uniting historically Black colleges and universities to build a central hub of digitized archives that highlight the role of Black education in shaping America. From rare campus blueprints to powerful oral histories, the project is expanding access to materials that were once tucked away in campus libraries. Now, with Shaw University joining as one of the latest contributors, the Trust is helping to safeguard Shaw’s legacy and share it with the world.
