William Peace University offers the Pacer Leadership Program to develop future leaders.
The goal of the program is not only to learn about leadership but also to build students’ confidence before they practice leadership in the community.
Kristin Koch, director of student involvement, has led the Pacer Leadership Program since 2022 and has seen students progress from shy, quiet freshmen to holding multiple leadership roles across various Registered Student Organizations (RSOs).
