Student leader, Grace Abraham, selected as a semifinalist of the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation’s Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship

Grace is 1 of 8 selected students selected among all North Carolina Community Colleges and 1 of 1 selected at Wake Tech. Here is the full listing of the published story by the Foundation.

If selected as a finalist, Grace would receive the following benefits of the program: Each Cooke Scholar has access to generous financial support for two to three years (up to $55k per year), college planning support, ongoing advising, and the opportunity to connect with the thriving community of fellow Scholars.

A highly competitive application process and a top honor for any student seeking their next degree! Grace is an active member of campus life and is often seen at a variety of events. She serves as a Student Government Association Senate Member and is the current President of the National Society of Black Engineers – Wake Tech Chapter.
